Chair Yoga is a great way to exercise if you have any health issues, replacement joints or find it difficult moving from the ground to upright. Or you are returning to exercise after surgery or have health conditions.
I am a BWY fully certified Instructor of 25 years. My classes are small and friendly you will have expert advice on how to practice safely.
Learn how to breathe better to optimise your energy and release anxiety. Gentle movements throughout the whole body strengthening and stretching muscles, which will keep you independent for longer.
