Currently not on
It is with regret that we have made the decision not to run the Wednesday Market.
As the social distance measures are unlikely to change anytime soon, we feel it to be sensible to wait nearer to March 2021 to look at resuming the market again.
It is not a decision we took lightly but this is the best approach to take considering the current climate. We hope that you will all stay safe and look forward to seeing you again next year.
All of us at SCT
The Wednesday Market has been running at the Shoreham Centre for 48 years. There is a collective mix of stalls selling old and new, from clothes and toys, to gifts and antiques. Brooker Meats is also parked at the rear of the Centre selling fresh meat every week. We now also have Bon Vivant serving Crepes. It is a great place to find a bargain and meet friends. You can also have something to drink and bite to eat in the coffee shop after browsing the isles.
The market is run by Shoreham Community Trust so all monies raised from stall hire goes back into running the Centre.
To be reviewed in March 2021
Most of our stall holders are regulars so if you would like a stall please contact us whether it is for an one off stall or a regular spot.
PRICES: It is £5 for a table OR a rail. This is to be booked and paid for in advance.
Due to Covid19 Safety Guidlines we are only allowing one person per stall.
CUSTOMERS/SHOPPERS: At the entrance of the market, a control system is in place and all market attendees are encouraged to provide their contact details so we can comply with the Track and Trace System. We also have a one way system in the building.
