Wudang Tai Chi Chuan is a  Chinese martial art and method of exercise that can be practiced on many levels by all ages. Based on the Taoist Philosophy of Yin & Yang, the system seeks to promote harmony in the Physical and mental state of the student.

Regular practice of the slow, graceful and flowing movements contained within the handform are ideal for a seniors who wish to improve their general health, balance, posture, co ordination and strength.

Loose clothing and flat shoes should be worn. Students have to be able to stand and move unaided.
