Actor and Director, Ethan Taylor, of This is My Theatre Company, brings to life Shakespeare’s legacy through a new entertaining and informative one-man play.

The year is 1621. Five years after the playwright’s death and plans are afoot to collect his works in the first folio of ‘Mr William Shakespeare’s Comedies, Histories & Tragedies’. Ethan plays real-life Shakespeare super-fan, Isaac Jaggard, of Jaggard & Son Printers and Publishers, wrestling with the prospect of immortalising the Bard’s plays in print whilst honouring his hero’s brilliance.  Inspired by Janet Pressley’s talk ‘How Shakespeare Happened’.
