Join us for a talk on Friday 17th February by popular local author and campaigner, Kim Matthews, about the past history and current risks to Shoreham’s public hards.

Kim will explore the origins of these ancient rights of way and how a thriving harbour community used them commercially or for leisure right up until the recent past. But now they are threatened by development, sea defence walls and neglect. Kim’s talk will focus on what can be done to preserve them if we act now.
