SUMMARY:Liz Tait Productions "Who Do They Think They Are?"
DESCRIPTION:Liz Tait Productions present ‘Who Do They Think They Are?” \nA reunion to remember. A past to forget…. \nPast and present collide in this all-female comedy drama that centres around four former college\nfriends who reunite at a Spice Girls-themed dance workshop. Old resentments resurface as they\nattempt to boogie their troubles away. As the reunion descends into chaos\, realisation dawns that the\nday is less about learning a dance routine and more about the power of friendship\, the consequences\nof choice and the courage to embrace their authentic selves. A story of the joy of friendship and\ndance and the cathartic nature of letting go of the past. \nThis joyful show celebrates too often invisible\, middle-aged women and the benefits of dance in\npromoting a good quality of life\, improved fitness and self-image. \nFollowing sold-out debut shows at Chichester Fringe\, Worthing Festival and Lambeth Fringe for their\nproduction last year\, ‘A Different Song’\, Sussex-based LT Productions return this September with the\npremiere of their new show by award-winning writer / director\, Liz Tait. \nThe four-strong\, Brighton-based cast are: Helen Rogers (Pippa)\, Kate Peltzer Dunn (Marion)\, Sally\nBest (Sarah) and Sophie Dearlove (Kim). \nReviews for ‘A Different Song’:\n“Liz Tait’s writing is real and fresh and grounded\, acutely observed and relatable”\nBrighton Source Magazine.\n“A charming and touching piece\, well-worth a visit!” Playstosee.com\nArgus Angel winner / FringeReview Teapot Winner / FringeGuru Reviewers Choice. \nPerformance times:  3pm and 7.30pm  (doors open 30 minutes before) \nTickets are £12 or £10 (Early Bird Saver – Shoreham only) on URL below or scan QR code
