DESCRIPTION:This show features music from Jelly Roll Morton through to Chick Corea with tributes to many well known players (including J.P. Johnson\, Fats Waller\, Bill Evans\, Thelonius Monk\, Oscar Peterson\, Erroll Garner and Art Tatum)\, as well as some lesser known personal favourites (eg. Dodo Marmarosa and Willie ‘the Lion’ Smith). \nFor this extravaganza Mike\, on keyboards\, is joined by two superb musicians; Neil Bullock who recently wowed the audience at the Kino in Hastings with his drumming in ‘Concert by the Sea’ and Paul Morgan\, considered by many to be the UK’s number one jazz bassist. \nTickets include tea or coffee and a pastry.  £15 or £8 students.
