Dancercise

Everyone is welcome to come along and have fun learning Salsa, Line Dance, Charleston, Soft Shoe Shuffle and much more every week.

 Jane was a professions dancer and model for 15 years working in theatre and TV in London, UK and abroad.  Jane now choreographs fashion shows and flash mob shows locally. She has been teaching in the community for the last 5 years and has been invited on several cruises as fitness teacher.

Fitsteps is a new dance fitness craze which is an amazing workout but brilliant fun at the same time! It has been choreographed and designed by Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite (Strictly Come Dancing) including fitness advice and nutritional tips from Mark Foster.

Pilates – Jenny

YOU MUST BOOK CLASSES IN ADVANCE

Mixed ability Pilates class. Pilates increases your strength and flexibility as well as helping to improve your posture. It will strengthen your back and core muscles, your pelvic floor too. Feel stress and tension fade away as you stretch and relax!

Burn more calories, improve muscle tone and have FUN! Pole Passion Fitness, a total body workout increasing muscle tone, flexibility and self esteem whilst challenging, conditioning and strengthening your core.

Strictly Dancing with Lisa

Adult Dance Class. This class encompasses a variety of dance styles such jazz, disco, musical theatre, swing, sixties, salsa and latin (not partner dancing-learn in lines). So each week is something different! It’s good exercise, great fun and open to anyone including beginners.
